The Next Accreditation System is creating a lot of changes which have created many questions regarding new processes and policies. It would be ideal if the Program Directors had a way of standardizing how to best implement the new changes to urology education. Program Coordinators/Administrators will need to understand the various changes and assist the Program Director in realizing the important educational tools that need to be instituted in their unique clinical learning environment.
There are the new changes to the curriculum development, evaluation, and assessment process for residents in urology. Program Directors need to know about how to implement the new changes using practical, thoughtful models. Program Coordinators/Administrators are essential to understanding the new concepts and designing new practical and meaningful solutions for the new policies and concepts.
